My first action as the mayor of my city is…introducing a comprehensive housing policy that will focus on urban density, connectivity and mixed use. Policy would work on three pillars: new development of apartments, redevelopment/renovations and regulation on the accessibility to the current housing fond (especially short term tourist renting, which is overtaking apartments in city centres). In parallel I would start projects to improve connectivity to the public transportation services and promote active mobility.
